Shipping Information
All orders (domestic & international) are shipped within 2-10 working days. In case of unusual delays, you will be notified.

For any products that are handmade or customised, production times may vary – same are mentioned on the product pages.

Delivery time ranges from 2-5 days after dispatch for all orders. Allow 2-3 days extra for international orders.

We use reputed courier partners like Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, Xpressbees for Domestic & Fedex, Aramex, UPSC or DHL for International shipping – tracking details are shared in your email ID or WhatsApp number after the order is dispatched.

Domestic shipments
Free shipping for all pre-paid orders within India.
COD is available with an extra charge of Rs. 100/-

International shipments
Free international shipping on orders above US$ 1,000, For orders below US$1,000 a standard shipping charge starts from US$ 20

Please be advised that while we strive to provide accurate information regarding taxes and duties applicable to your order, it's important to note that local authorities within your own country may impose additional charges that are beyond our control and cannot be anticipated or calculated by us. Therefore, you, as the customer, will be solely responsible for any such charges, taxes, or duties imposed by your local authorities. We strongly advise our customers to familiarize themselves with all rules and regulations regarding imports within their country before placing an order 

COD not available for international orders currently. We cannot initiate refunds outside India or arrange for return parcel. In case of approved exchange, the customer will have to arrange for the parcel to be sent back to origin at their own expense.

Return /Exchange Policy
At Queens Jewels, we want to make a long lasting impression on our customers and want you to have the best possible experience. For your peace of mind, we have an extensive return policy protecting your rights as a consumer.

Faulty / defective goods or misrepresented items if any will be accepted for refund / exchange. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since the receipt of your product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not accept returns / exchange for change of mind.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
